Project

The TA will complement other climate change initiatives, in particular the NAPA preparation process and the “extended NAPA” project. The impact of the TA will be reduced environmental risk through improved environmental protection and better management of climate change risks. Beyond national government, the capacity of regional, district, and local government needs to be enhanced in support of the Government’s decentralization policies, and to enable them to effectively collaborate with central government.
