The second bi-monthly Knowledge Sharing & Learning Seminar of the Adaptation Knowledge Platform was organized on the theme “Ecosystem-based Adaptation (EbA): Coastal Ecosystems’ Role in Climate Change Adaptation” in collaboration with the Asia Pacific Adaptation Network, Mangroves for the Future (MFF) and World Wildlife Fund (WWF) Thailand and TEAM group of Companies.The event aimed at providing an opportunity for information and knowledge-sharing on coastal climate change adaptation, among other things by considering and sharing a selection of coastal EbA tools and practices. The event attracted over ninety climate change adaptation practitioners and coastal managers from national and regional institutes/organization based in Bangkok besides Thai policy and decision-makers. The event provided a successful platform for sharing and information exchange of EbA tools and practices. The seminar was included among the events held to celebrate the international World Environment Day (WED).
