This course aims to facilitate international negotiations and public sector work in relation to climate change impacts and adaptation measures through an enhanced understanding of climate change science and policy framework. Participants, including mid to senior level government officers, will learn to comprehend climate science, define adaptation and loss and damage and explain its policy framework and appraise the key issues in the ongoing international climate change negotiations.
