Learning from Thailand’s Floods

This short film tells us how Thailand dealt with flood in 2012, and how important it is to share both good and bad experiences in flood risk management. Representatives from five Vietnamese cities visited the Thai cities of Ayutthaya and Bangkok last year, and learnt about the key issues that need to be addressed for mitigating both climate- and human-induced risks of flooding, which is a common issue in many Asian cities
