Asia Pacific Regional Climate Change Adaptation Assessment

The developing countries of the Asia-Pacific region are diverse economically, politically, socially and culturally. Despite these differences they face similar development and environmental challenges. This report seeks to identify opportunities for USAID to deepen its regional engagement in supporting adaptation to climate change in Asia. The assessment aims to provide an objective, up-to-date, and comprehensive regional analysis of the climate adaptation needs of the Asia-Pacific region. This report will be used to inform the planning process for possible future activities funded by the USAID/RDMA, which will address regional climate change adaptation needs
