The inception report sets out the aims, activities, targeted stakeholders and outcomes of three principle components of the Adaptation Knowledge Platform: regional knowledge sharing system, generation of new knowledge, and application of existing and new knowledge . The report was written during the Inception Phase of the Climate Change Adaptation Knowledge Platform for Asia, between January and December 2009.
