This blog introduces a case-based example demonstrating that it is not always easy for cities facing the threat of climate

change to consider which urban groups are most vulnerable and which groups most resilient. Based on a recent ACCCRN session at Bonn, Germany, participants concluded that while building resilience to shocks becomes more important as crises increase, resilience efforts must also consider equity in order to foster long-term solutions.
