What is this course about?
Good leadership is more than just good decision-making. Being a leader means inspiring and enabling others. A leader understands themselves first and knows how to leverage strengths and overcome weaknesses. A leader brings out the best in others through excellent people skills. In this course you will learn what it takes to be a great leader, you will develop a personal vision and understand the beliefs and constraints that inhibit you from reaching greater heights in your career and in your life.
